Bus Transportation Forms for the 2026/27 School Year

Good afternoon WUSD Families,

The 2026/27 school year is just about 2 weeks away. Please use the Bus Transportation Form in this post to request bus transportation for the upcoming school year. The Transportation Department must have this form on file for the current school year in order for your child to ride the bus. Please have the Transportation Form filled out by Friday August 14th.
