Welcome to Brookside Elementary School, proudly serving Willits Unified School District's youngest learners in Transitional Kindergarten through Second Grade.
At Brookside, we believe the early years of education should be filled with curiosity, connection, discovery, and joy. Our dedicated teachers and staff create welcoming learning environments where children build strong academic foundations, develop confidence, form meaningful relationships, and discover a love of learning that will carry with them throughout their educational journey.
We are committed to helping every student learn at high levels while recognizing that each child brings unique strengths, experiences, and needs to the classroom. Through engaging instruction, collaboration, and a strong system of student support, we work together to help every Brookside student grow and succeed.
Supporting the whole child is an important part of who we are. Brookside emphasizes positive relationships, social-emotional learning, self-regulation, problem-solving, and a safe and supportive school culture. Students also benefit from enriching experiences that encourage creativity, exploration, community involvement, and the arts.
